-Within less than 24 hours of the appointment: 50% of the cost of the treatment booked will apply.
-Non-arrivals: the full treatment charge will apply.
-Late arrivals: the treatment time will be reduced accordingly and charged at the full price.
-Gift vouchers expire three years after the date of issue.
-Promotional or complimentary vouchers expire six months after the date of issue.
-Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be replaces if lost or stolen.
-No balance on the voucher will be given as cash.
-If the price has increased over the duration of the validity of the voucher, the holder will be required to pay the sum of the balance
